One click below. New uploads on or after July 3, 2026 are covered automatically under the upload terms; older packs are covered once you enroll.

We monitor and verify
We monitor known re-upload sites and verify that a copy of your pack is unauthorized before taking any action.

We file the takedown
We prepare and file the DMCA takedown notice as your authorized agent. You keep full ownership and can revoke the authorization at any time.
What you keep
Ownership stays yours
Enrolling never transfers ownership of your packs. PacksMC acts only as your agent for takedown notices.
Non-exclusive license
The license you give PacksMC is non-exclusive. You can publish your packs anywhere you like, on any platform.
Your own enforcement
Enforcement by PacksMC never blocks your own. You can always send your own notices or take your own action.
Free, no revenue cut
The program costs nothing and PacksMC takes no share of your revenue for being enrolled.
Licensed distribution
Sites that want to legitimately list PacksMC packs do not need to re-host files. The PacksMC API — available with a PacksMC account, with higher limits on Packs+ — serves the catalog with attribution and canonical download links preserved, so creators keep credit and download stats while other sites can still feature their work.
Frequently asked questions
Does this give PacksMC ownership of my packs?
No. You keep full ownership. Enrollment authorizes PacksMC to act as your agent for takedown notices and nothing more; you can revoke that authorization at any time.
Does it cost anything?
No. PacksMC Protection is free and PacksMC takes no cut of your revenue.
Can I leave the program?
Yes, at any time. Disable it on this page, or email [email protected] and we will remove you.
What about packs I uploaded before July 3, 2026?
They are covered once you enroll. Uploads on or after July 3, 2026 are covered automatically by the upload terms.
What if my pack contains someone else's work?
Only enroll packs you own. Filing a takedown notice requires a good-faith basis that the work is yours, so packs built on third-party assets you do not have rights to should not be enrolled.
