Prestige Client is a Minecraft PvP utility client used on competitive servers. It runs alongside the game rather than replacing your launcher, so your underlying Minecraft install stays standard.
How to install a texture pack on Prestige Client

Download a pack below - a standard Minecraft .zip resource pack.

Open Minecraft and go to Options → Resource Packs.

Click "Open Pack Folder" and drop the downloaded .zip in.

Activate the pack in the list and press Done.
